International Shipping
For international orders, additional shipping charges may apply. We ship globally to bring the rich flavors of Vietnamese coffee to coffee enthusiasts worldwide.
Returns
All bags of coffee are FINAL SALE. We only accept returns on non-coffee related products that are not included in bundles. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the nature of coffee being a consumable product, we do not accept returns on coffee. If you have questions regarding the coffee you received, please contact us at support@VietRoastCoffee.com for assistance.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within a specific period after placing the order. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on how to cancel an order and the applicable terms.
